Jennifer Hanson traded in her 2017 Kia Sportage EX Tech to a 2019 Kia Optima EX TECH thanks to the assistance of Adam! This was her first sedan she has ever owned as she has always had SUV’s, and we are very happy that she chose to come all the way from Surrey to experience this change with Kia West!
