Carlos and Claudia, now locals in Coquitlam, came in to check out a Rio with Sohrab. They originally came in looking for a Rio because they just moved back from Mexico and they have been renting a Kia Rio and loved it. After hearing about the shortage and wait times they were disappointed, however as they were about to leave a brand new Seltos became available, and they were sold!
Don, who is originally from Sri Lanka, has only been in Canada for four months and just got job 3 months ago leaving him with a very limited credit record. Our Finance team did the phenomenal job with getting him approval and qualifying him for $0 down payment. Catherine fell in love with the Seltos right when she saw it which was perfect because she had been on the hunt for the right vehicle for a long time. She was pleased that Nelly and Kia West could provide her a vehicle very fast after reserving one. She ended up leaving in a 2023 Seltos LX AWD.
Family car shopping time! Jill, Jane and Natalie all came out together from Mission to find vehicles with Raghav. Jill drives a lot and wanted something fuel efficient and ended up landing on a Niro Hybrid SX. Jane was looking for a newer SUV with all the features and AWD so she treated herself to an Mitsubishi Outlander. Natalie wanted a reliable SUV on a budget so we found an Acura MDX to fit her needs. Wayne and Ayla Seymour came all the way from Langley to work with Mikee on finding a 6-passenger vehicle to fit their big family and dogs. They test drove a few and ended up loving and purchasing this 2019 Kia Sorento.
Jeffery and his family, from Burnaby, came down to Kia West looking for a second vehicle. They walked our lot with Erfan and saw the 2011 Suzuki Kizashi that was on the lot. They’re familiar with the brand and loved that the car was fully loaded and wanted to take it home.
Savio, from Surrey, came to Kia West to check out a 2014 Rio LX that we had available on the lot. He had no trade and needed a car for the short term until he receives his permanent residency status in Canada. He ended up taking this Rio home thanks to the help of Nelly, and he will be back in a year to upgrade to his dream vehicle the Kia Seltos.
Bruno wanted a compact SUV for him and his wife that is fuel efficient and stylish. They came from Langley to work with Mikee on giving him the checklist of what would work best for them, and they ended falling in love with the 2023 Kia Sportage X Line Limited. They mentioned they had been comparing vehicles to the Ford Escape but are very happy with the Sportage being it has a lot more to offer when it comes to features.
Bruno and Bruna are from Brazil but now live in Burnaby and bought their first car here at Kia West! They worked with Camille in our Internet Department, being she is also from Brazil and speaks Portuguese, and they ended up leaving in this 2023 Kia Sportage EX that came with a ton of great features!
